Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shiksha Institute, we aim to provide clear information about our services, payments, admission guidance, and applicable refund and cancellation procedures. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

Effective Date: [January 14, 2026]

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Shiksha Institute through www.shikshainstitute.in , our official communication channels, and our authorized payment methods.

Shiksha Institute provides educational guidance and admission assistance for Nursing, Pharmacy, and Paramedical courses, along with applicable educational or online learning services.

The applicable refund terms depend on the service purchased, the nature of the payment, the payment recipient, and any specific written terms communicated before payment.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy may apply to payments relating to:

  • Admission counselling and guidance services.
  • Registration or application assistance charges.
  • Online classes, test series, study materials, or other digital learning services offered by us.
  • Other educational services for which payment is collected directly by Shiksha Institute.

Fees paid directly to a college, university, examination authority, or another service provider may be governed by that organization's own refund and cancellation rules. Students should the applicable terms before payment.

3. Admission Cancellation Policy

Students who wish to cancel an admission-related service or withdraw an admission request should contact our admission support team as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing through our official contact channels.
  • Any refund request will be reviewed according to the service provided, applicable written terms, and relevant college or university rules.
  • Cancellation of counselling or admission assistance does not automatically cancel an admission registered with a separate college or university.
  • Where a third-party institution has received the payment, students may need to submit a separate cancellation or refund request to that institution.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is assessed individually, based on the service purchased and the terms disclosed at the time of payment.

Situations that may qualify for review

  • A payment was made twice for the same service.
  • An amount was charged incorrectly or in excess.
  • A service paid for was not provided by us, subject to the applicable terms.
  • A cancellation request falls within an applicable refund period or another refund entitlement.
  • A refund is required under applicable law or the written terms agreed with the student.

The above situations are examples for review and do not guarantee an automatic refund. Each request will be assessed on its facts and the applicable terms.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges may be non-refundable where this was clearly disclosed before payment and the restriction is permitted under applicable law.

Depending on the service and its terms, these may include:

  • Services that have already been fully delivered.
  • Third-party application or processing fees that have already been paid and cannot be recovered.
  • Digital materials or online services after access or delivery, where a lawful and clearly disclosed exclusion applies.

No non-refundable term overrides a refund entitlement that applies under law. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Online Classes and Digital Services

For online classes, recorded lectures, mock tests, assignments, study materials, or other digital services, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service-specific terms communicated before purchase.

  • Please verify the course duration, included features, access period, and payment terms before purchasing.
  • If you experience a technical issue or cannot access a paid service, contact our support team.
  • Duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or a failure to provide a paid service will be reviewed.

We will review the matter in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to students under applicable Indian law.
